My workshops are built on the principle that transformation is experiential. Yes, there's teaching. Yes, there's strategy. But there are also activations — moments where participants don't just hear the truth, they encounter it. Moments that shift something inside them that no amount of note-taking ever could.
This is what fifteen years in a classroom taught me: people don't remember what you told them. They remember how you made them feel. And they change based on what they experienced.
